SigEp is one of the largest fraternities in the nation with over 240 chapters and 325,000 lifetime members.OHIO PI CHAPTER FAST FACTS- Founded at Wright State University on February 16, 1974- Largest social fraternity on campus- We require a 2.7 GPA for membership, although ourchapters GPA typically falls well above that- Our philanthropy is Big Brothers Big Sisters- In 2021 Ohio Pi was named one of Sigma Phi Epsilon's best chapters in the nation and recognized with the coveted Buchanan Cup. The Buchanan Cup is an award for outstanding chapter performance. It is bestowed every two years for chapters excelling in all areas of chapter operations and leadership including volunteer support, recruitment, member development, academics, fiscal health and faculty engagement.
