SIGMA SPORT USA is the North American division of SIGMA Elektro. In 1995, this US branch was opened with the main purpose of providing local customer service and sales support to North American customers. We import and warehouse all SIGMA products sold in North America to provide our distribution partners with just in time inventory. In addition, we provide customer service and warranty support for distributors, retailers, and consumers.In 2005, SIGMA SPORT USA relocated to Batavia, IL, a western suburb of Chicago. With the relocation, we implemented a new QC and Packaging regime. Rather than simply importing and distributing product, SIGMA USA now imports all computers, HRMs, and high end lighting systems in bulk. Our staff hand tests each product and then packages it specifically for the North American market. This procedure not only ensures reliability, it allows us to customize product to suit our customers' needs.In 2011, SIGMA SPORT USA expanded its facility again, and currently resides in Saint Charles, IL.
