Founded by former Fluke engineers, Signametrics has focuses on "Plug-in" test and measurement devices supporting PC based test systems, and automated testing at large.Signametrics pioneered the plug-in Digital Multimeter category, and keeps on leading in this market with new features, and enhanced accuracy. Signametrics current products are dedicated to PCI, PXI, and VXI test and measurement systems. Signametrics' hardware modules are complemented by "Front-panel" software and DLLs to ensure smooth software installation and integration. As Signametrics' Digital Multimeter accuracy improved, the need for high precision switching modules (also called scanners or multiplexers) became apparent. Signametrics' switching modules are the only fully isolated, extremely low EMF, switching modules available to this date.By committing to precision by design, choice of components and attention to detail, Signametrics succeeded in creating DMMs and switching modules that are able to measure very low voltage and resistance.
