We are a contracted commercial floor covering institution for both labor and materials under the New York Health and Hospitals Corporation as well as the Acuity/ Greater New York Hospital Association. Under these contracts, we are currently doing work at many hospitals in the New York area, including Elmhurst Hospital, Coler Hospital, Bellevue Hospital, Metropolitan Hospital, Lincoln Hospital, Harlem Hospital and Kings County Hospital Center. We have also completed many projects in higher learning institutions such as Kingsborough Community College and LaGuardia Community College under New York State Contract. We have also done work for many prestigious hotel accounts such as The Sheraton New York, The Roosevelt Hotel, Baccarat Hotel New York and The Essex House. We have also done work for various property management companies, both residential and commercial, such as AM Properties, Goodman Management Corporation, and Heron LTD Management Corporation. Included in our line of accounts are Federated Department Stores, Cablevision, Jacob Javits Center, and Pfizer.
