We are a coffee micro roasting business located in Pittsburg, Kansas. We purchase green coffee beans from wholesalers and farmers, then roast them in our store. Micro roasting is the practice of roasting coffee in small batches, so the beans roast more evenly. Each batch is carefully examined for defects before and after roasting, creating perfect batches that lead to perfect cups of coffee. Our mission is to give everyone the chance to enjoy coffee the way it's meant to be - fresh. We know the difference freshly roasted coffee makes, and strive to ensure you experience that freshness with every sip. We roast to order, and as soon as it cools, we bag and seal your coffee, locking out light and oxygen.
