The Silliman University Peer Advocacy Program is the existing Peer Facilitators' group in the university. It is an organization that operates in auxiliary and in the supervision of the Guidance and Testing Division. It is composed of selected volunteer students from different colleges who undergo inclusive training on leadership, mental health, peer-helping, and facilitation skills. The organization aims a) to assist the new students in their overall college adjustment; b) to help students in identifying, understanding, meeting and coping with psychological, emotional, and social concerns; c) to promote balance well-being among the youth, and d) to encourage trust among peers in seeking help from the Guidance Counselors in the university.
