From the theme Creative Cities and Urban Regeneration, this project, started in 2010, has been conquering its place as a platform for the fixation of creatives in the territory.In the Old Mill Ceres spaces/Ateliers were created in open-space and low-cost dynamics for students of the School of Arts and Design of Caldas da Rainha (ESAD.CR) that each year initiate projects of dynamics for the city and involvement with public and private institutions, which recognize the potential creativity for the achievement of their missions. It is also an open project for those who see in the space something with which they identify and wish to install themselves as micro and medium enterprises.It actively promotes the establishment of intellectual capital of a creative nature in Caldas da Rainha and West Zone of Portugal.
