Silvare Development derives its name from the Latin word 'Silva Vetus", (which translates to primeval forest) and Real Estate (re). Merging these results in Silvare Development; Project Development with wood. We have started our company from a mutual ambition to make changes within the construction world. Our passion for more sustainable buildings and processes, and realising the responsibility of professionals within this generation, brought us together.Silvare is a young and innovative company, the owners have a wealth of experience in the international real estate market, sustainability advisory and technology.Silvare sets itsef in the market with project development in wood, for a low CO2 emission and CO2 storage. We will build our developments energy neutral and a joy to life or work. We have a passion for aesthetically pleasing buildings, which pass the modern-day criteria for its residents, with a clear eye focussed on the environment at the same time.
