Silver Basis Engineering Germany (SBEG) is a subsidiary of the Chinese tool manufacturer Silver Basis, a part of the Basis Group.SBEG has its Headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany, and runs two sales offices in the middle and south of Germany.The main activities take place in Dautphetal, where our tool shop is located. This tool shop focuses on reception, checking, sampling and preparation of the Chinese tools. This is called "2nd Stage".Besides this, our tool shop handles optimizations, changes, maintenance as well as manufacturing of smaller tools. Our main knowledge is in injection moulding, composite tools (SMC e.g.), die casting and sheet metal forming.Prototype tools, gages and fixtures completing our product range.A plus is our sourcing service: We source tools or tool components within the Chinese market as a complete package according our customers' needs.In addition to the manufacturing of tools, series production is another branch of the Silver Basis Group.In addition to plastic parts for interior and exterior applications in the automotive industry, our portfolio also includes HPDC parts and parts made out of our innovative semi-solid die casting process.Please feel free to contact us in any case of more information needed about our product range of SBEG:1.
