Silver Harmony Living is taking interior design in a new direction. Rather than just creating beautiful spaces, we're focused on meeting the needs of older adults who want to make sure their homes will work for them for the long run. As Certified Aging-In-Place Specialists, we are specially-trained in future-proofing homes to make sure living spaces are safe and accessible to prepare for possible changes in physical abilities. It goes beyond just installing grab bars and taking out accent rugs. We're obsessed with finding creative solutions to meet the needs of those aging-in-place without compromising on creating a visually appealing and personalized home—that will also better retain its value. We started Silver Harmony Living because of our experiences with our own parents. We saw firsthand how kitchens, bathrooms can create challenging barriers for those with limited mobility as well as how common items found in most households can create fall risks that lead to more serious health issues. We're on a mission to help design homes that empower older adults to live their lives to the fullest where they can stay independent and active.
