We are a short drive from any of the major Midland towns or cities, swap their hustle and bustle for our leisurely pace of life. See the landscape alter throughout year, in the Spring bulbs give early colour and the bird song is constant, Young Bambi deer appear in June and July as the bracken gives them refuge whilst they gain the strength and vigor to venture out. Autumn heralds winter but also the spectacle of the Mature Stags tussling for supremacy, locking antlers on the hillside, to be the Major Buck for the Rut. The Festive season can sometimes prompt a sprinkling of snow which can be magical and the bareness of the woodland enables the Deer herd to be seen clearly even from a distance.
