We show our clients how to reduce consumption, how to be more sustainable, how to use the right water for the right application, how to waste less and how to monitor, measure and sustain these improvements.Cost recovery:We say "It's not the bill which is wrong, it's the assumptions behind the bill which are wrong."We investigate your water charges to discover whether you are paying the right amount for the services you use. There are significant numbers of sites where there are errors and at least 95% of the time this means an overcharge ... and undercharges are extremely rare.We discover these hidden overcharges and, by working with your water retailer, correct them so that you can be confident that you are paying the right amount for the right services.Where we discover overcharges we recover them. We can do this because we have years of experience and detailed knowledge of the ways in which water charges can be misapplied.We also have an extensive network of trusted partners who have every kind of water expertise you can imagine.
