In terms of success, success can be measured in many different ways. The most obvious level of success that we're providing is astonishing, safe, rapid weight loss. But I'm yet to receive a thank you card, of which we receive a lot, hundreds now, from our patients, I'm yet to receive a thank you card saying, Thank you for helping me lose seven stone in 20 weeks. The thank you cards we get say things like, Thank you for changing my life. Thank you for giving me my life back. Thank you for helping me feel amazing on my wedding day, in my wedding dress. That's the real benefit, that's the stuff, that's why I got into this, that's why I opened the clinic. After my own weight loss journey, I knew that the huge positive effect and difference that it had had on my own self esteem and on my life in general.
