SIM Labs is a network of computers and people which will ultimately allow the connection of various technologies to one another in order to build a modern day Digital Audio Workstation ecosystem which will serve the professional Music production, Live Music, Sound for film and DJ industries. The SIM Token will provide access to the network and its assets. Participants are able to gain access to the network in exchange for admission in SIM tokens, per their transactions and based on supply and demand. SIM tokens will not have any functionality or utility except for providing access to any relevant transaction within the SIM Decentralised platform. Software developers who build DAW and Audio production software applications and plugins using the SIM Foundation SDK, Recording artists, and sound designers who produce special sound effect and music packs (for film, DJ, etc) are paid a fair consideration or fee for providing access to their creation on a peer to peer basis with the relevant user. Through the network, end users can have a wider range of high quality pro-audio content at their fingertips to produce, mix or perform their art, using any possible platform thanks to the open-source and decentralized manner of the ecosystem. Even in today's Music Technology market and during the transitional period before AI, VR & AR, IOT and Blockchain technologies reach mass adoption, the SIM Decentralized network, community and underlying core software can create a wide range of business opportunities such as decentralized on demand plugins, sound packs, vintage hardware models, presets, production collaborations.
