SIMATEC Beer Plant Engineering & Manufacturing has very innovative tested technical solutions.We produce a new brewhouse system that: • allows a very fresh wort (the lower possible hot oxidation, better than what you obtain in a 4 vessel brew house)• a high filtering (lauter) efficiency to save money of raw materials• a modular skid (SIMATEC PATENT) that allows to increase the capacity of the production in a second time without changing anything but only adding one or more kettles• We have more than ten years of experience on the field collaborating with some of the best master brewers and so gaining comprehensive know-how in all areas.• Since 2004, SIMATEC has been a craft beer producer, its brewery SorA'laMA' produces 6000hl per year, using top and bottom fermentation, bottle and tank conditoned, marketing in Italy and abroad.• This relationship inspired the slogan "BREWERIES BY THOSE WHO KNOW HOW TO MAKE BEER!".Brewhouse features:• SIMATEC impiantibira make use of a patented douplex blade making possible: ·compact and easy to use plant; Rapid filtering with definite times and high yields; Very low oxidation while the product is hot Rapid cleaning with minimal chemical use ·Good quality – price ratio.
