Additionally, we offer full turn-key site acquisition for wireless telecommunications, inclusive of site selection, site audits, zoning, & contract negotiations. Our years of experience and extensive relationships throughout Southern California have consistentaly help us cut through red tape to execute on milestone objectives to meet the challenging demands for our clients permitting schedules + business objectives.In 2015, SimmCo acquired The McCarty Company to augment our capability to provide superior project management, land use, and building permit services to our clients in the Greater Southern California Area.
