Essentially, we set out to build a lab we would want to use. Simple Labs is based in Chicago, Illinois and services the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. We perform clinical medical laboratory testing including routine blood tests such as cholesterol, vitamin D testing and blood counts. We are one of the largest Chicago labs servicing patients from Zion to Calumet; from downtown to Plano.
