Simpliux Inc. was created because of passion and understanding of the world we live in; the demands are increasingly high for simple and yet complex product or service that answers to the needs of a busy lifestyle day in and day out.We design with your customer in mind. Our goal to evaluate touch points and provide clear, actionable opportunities to improve the current or new experience effectiveness of, and to maximize recovery opportunities for customer engagement.Having 15+ years of experience in different industries has taught me a lot about design, and most importantly customer behavior. I have in-depth knowledge of design principles and experience in simplifying complex systems to achieve business goals. As an Experience Design agency, We lead and oversee research at the project level. It entails helping define appropriate methodologies and approaches for meeting clients' end goals and objectives. Additionally, I execute the study and analyze the research data. With UX psychology in mind, We design around customer needs and iterate design with customer feedback, data, and usability testing. We work collaboratively with our clients, acting almost as an extension of their team, to understand their business and their audience on a more profound, and emotional level.Good design is simple but not simpler.
