Simply Lettings was launched in November 2013 to cater for the growing demand from family, friends, and other 'buy to let' investors for the service myself and my team provide. Over the years I have tried many Letting Agents, some small independents, some large nationals, all of which could not provide the service I expected as a landlord. My standards were no higher than any other landlord, I just wanted the properties to be looked after and financial affairs to be maintained accurately. With the help of my business partner Natasha, we defined our own systematical approach to operating professional lets, student & young professional HMOs, housing benefit and key workers accommodation. With no intention to become a letting agent, David Bradley Homes ltd an operating company for myself & Natasha private landlords grew, employing 3 members of staff; An administrator, an assistant & a maintenance man. Family & friends appreciated the operation we were operating and asked us to include their properties in the group portfolio. David Bradley Homes ltd was now effectively a letting agent. With an enthusiastic team working for me, keen to work on their professional development Simply Lettings was born. The ethos is simple: Look after the property assets, the landlords, the tenants and in turn they will look after the existence of the company and its employees.
