We're bringing simple back. From working practices to production processes, simplicity is at the heart of everything we do. What do we mean by simplicity?Simplicity is "the quality of being plain". We're committed to keeping things straightforward. From simple, classic ingredients that have, and will, stand the test of time (and taste buds!), to transparency about what is in our Trios and how they're made. Less is more, and for us, quality comes from a lack of complication. We value the familiarity and simplicity of something we know delivers satisfaction. Simplicity is developing meaningful relationships, removing barriers and reducing the distance between customers and ourselves. All communication is directly with someone at SimplyTrios and not via a third party. Simplicity is simply treating yourself. We promote healthy lifestyles, both mentally and physically, through balance and flexibility. The bombardment of new foods claiming you can treat yourself in a guilt-free way attaches unhealthy labels of 'good' and 'bad' to different foods and determines what we think we can or can not eat. We are passionate about healthy living, but believe balance is key and there's nothing wrong with treating yourself. And if you're going to treat yourself, then simply treat yourself! It's ok if that little afternoon snack or dessert contains some sugar. It's a small, simple treat (called a Trio!) not your whole diet. Eating and treating yourself should be simple and that's how we want to keep it. Simplicity is an all-or-nothing principle. That's why we're determined to create a fantastic work environment. We aim to build a company that fosters a straightforward and fun community, not one reliant on complicated networks and multilayered, cluttered structures. We promote ‘work as needed', rather than a 9-5, five-day working week and value employee engagement, transparency, trust, advocacy, innovation, freedom, independence and communication.
