When there is transparency about what is actually happening, people are better able to make informed decisions.In this age of rampant, well-funded disinformation campaigns, the truth is getting harder to find, and harder to trust.Most organizations and even whole countries don't have access to the tools, skills, and data needed to identify what is (or isn't) really happening.The Simularity Foundation is able to shine a light on situations and deeds that bad actors try to keep hidden. We illuminate them with undeniable imagery and unbiased, fact-based analysis.The Simularity Foundation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code. It provides free reports of the results of our investigations, based on geospatial and temporal data, to illuminate what is happening in our world. We aim to eliminate environmental and social injustice, illicit activity, violence, human rights violations, and cruelty to all creatures by researching, documenting, and exposing it so that the press and law enforcement can take appropriate action.Our objectives are: To investigate and report on activities that are determined to meet the criteria described in our missionTo disseminate accurate, well-documented reports of our investigations freely to all interested partiesTo recruit volunteers and train them in our research methods to support our missionTo sponsor, host and/or participate in events and activities that promote freedom of information, the causes we champion, geospatial analysis, and software research to continue to improve our analysis tools.
