To work with community youth for designing contextual learning frameworks and building rural entrepreneurial ecosystems.PROBLEMS THAT WE ARE RESPONDING TOAs a growing nation, we are faced with two acute but intertwined challenges:High rates of school dropouts, excluding many vulnerable people from the opportunities of education andHigh rates of rural migration, forcing people to leave their homes just in search of livelihood options to the cities.Education : Our efforts within education entail designing context specific pedagogical frameworks and tools for children from vulnerable sections of society. This we do by working with community youth and partnering with government school teachers. We also conduct research in educational settings to ensure evidence based projects. Within this we work with young children (3-15) learning in formal and informal settings.Entrepreneurship : Building on our contextual educational work which engages with the local ecosystem, this aspect of our work delves into value potential of local resources for entrepreneurship. Here we work with community youth (16-35) and facilitate them through incubation programs that deals with their capacity building, market linkage, value chain analysis of products and networking with concerned stakeholders.Current work locations: Chakai, Bihar
