This nonprofit 527 organization was formed to promote and effectuate the adoption of an amendment to the United States Constitution. The amendment will read: Congress shall pass no bill and no bill shall become law which embraces more than one subject, that subject to be clearly expressed in the bill's title. 41 of 50 state constitutions have a single subject-title provision but this provision is missing in the U. S. Constitution. A proposed constitutional amendment on this subject has never been attempted until now. With the adoption of this amendment, the use of riders (unrelated provisions) by Congress would be constitutionally prohibited.
