Sino-Emory Newsletter(SEN) is a bilingual monthly publication focusing on increasing interactions and mutual exchanges between Chinese culture and American culture. Each month, we cover stories most relevant to student lives. Topics range from the most up-to-date news in China and U.S., the most interesting topics at Emory, and the most useful advice, such as schoolwork, major/minor, leisure, internship, etc. In terms of publication (on a yearly basis): we have 6 issues, one special issue for incoming freshman and other special editions. SEN serves as a communication platform that encourages collaborations among student organizations. We have maintained good relationships with Emory East Asia Study Department and Confucius Institution in Atlanta, aiming to bring more diversified experiences for Emory students.Past issues include topics such as the Chinese spring festival, presidential election in Emory,China Summit, tips to find an internship (Consulting, Sales & Trading, and IBD), and etc. We warmly welcome any dedicated individuals who are interested in Chinese and American culture or in writing and design to join SEN, one of the most active clubs on Emory Campus.
