SinoCarbon was founded in 2010 in Beijing and is a leading think-tank in the low-carbon, energy and environmental protection field. We provide services related to policy and standards development to both central government ministries and more than 120 municipal governments. Our R&D team has undertook the National Five-Year Plan for National Key Technology Research and Development Program as well as National Program on Key Basic Research Project of China.
