Sioux Trails Mental Health Center is a Rule 29 community mental health center that serves the needs of children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through child and adult rehabilitative services, outpatient therapy, psychiatry, and school based programs. Trails Mental Health Center is a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved organization. The NHSC helps licensed mental health professionals employed by Sioux Trails re-pay their education loans. Each one of Sioux Trails' sites are approved by the NHSC. The clinic began providing mental health services in 1966 to residents in Brown, Nicollet, Sibley, and Watonwan counties. We accept most insurance and also have a sliding fee scale for residence of Brown, Nicollet, Sibley, and Watonwan counties. Sioux Trails currently employees about 50 employees and serves the communities of New Ulm, St. Peter, North Mankato, Gaylord, St. James, and surrounding areas.
