Sir Frederick Snow and Partners Ltd is a multi-disciplinary firm of consulting engineers and construction consultants. We provide civil, structural, transportation, environmental, mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy services. We also provide other construction consultancy services, including: project management, surveying, contract administration, Employer's Agent services, Independent Certification for PFI/PPP projects, CDM Co-ordination, procurement consultancy, preparation of bills of quantity and tenders documents, contract negotiation and consultancy, and expert witness services. All of these services are provided from our in-house resources, and we have particular expertise in relation to airports, healthcare, oil and gas and sustainable urban drainage.Other consultancy services, include architecture, healthcare planning and the design of airport navigational aides by the use of sub-consultants, and we also use sub-consultants as our local representatives for many of our overseas commissions.
