Sirius Green Solutions, LLC ("SGS") We are developing solutions to sequester emissions from refineries, petro-chemical & chemical plants. 50 years of experience in the valve industry has given us a unique perspective of how all of the valves in the Oil & Gas industry function. In the very near future we will be filing for a new patent with dramatic improvement of the art. At that time we will be raising capitol for broader solutions throughout the valve applications. The same improvement of the art that will virtually stop the greenhouse gases will perform the same job on VOC's and toxic processes. Appropriately, this valve will be called the GREEN VALVE. Additional features are right behind this technology from using fiber optics and nano-technology. The time has come to eliminate these toxic emissions from our neighborhoods and communities.
