Sirona Health Partners ("Sirona") is a health care services company focused on improving patients' lives and their standard of care. In so doing, we create value for health care providers, health systems and payors. Our vision is to combine conventional and digital health solutions to offer leading health care through mental health services, clinical decision support and chronic disease management. We believe these solutions will help patients lead better, more fulfilling lives. Our evidenced-based and independently verified approaches have been demonstrated to improve efficiency, lower costs and reduce the time to success for our patients and payors.We are a newly formed company that currently manages/controls several enterprises, including CBT Associates (http://www.cbtassociates.net/) and MedCurrent (http://www.medcurrent.com/). Our goal is to dramatically expand our enterprises by building their internal capabilities and acquiring businesses. We anticipate acquiring one or two additional companies under Sirona in the next 12 - 24 months to join CBT Associates and MedCurrent. Our three principals have over 75 years of experience in building successful companies, generating value and benefits for customers and stakeholders. Their operating, investing, and consulting track records are world class and span the for-profit, not-for-profit and public sectors. We are building a team of experienced professionals with a diverse yet complementary set of skills to achieve our vision.
