Sitas was founded on my belief that a person has the innate ability to develop their own potential and to become the best version of themselves. Taking a person from where they are now to where they want to be.I am Laura Nicholson the founder of Sitas. Sitas the name of my practice means centred in Latin. My philosophy is rooted on a person-centred approach, to put you at the centre of attention allowing you to reconnect with your inner values and sense of self-worth. Enabling you to find your own way to move forward, progress and to achieve your goals and ambitions. With 25 years of international experience as a facilitator, trainer, brand manager and learning & development manager with brands such as La Prairie, Chanel, Lancôme, Swiss line and Swarovski I have the unique understanding of how an individual's potential can become blocked or distorted by certain life experiences, particularly those experiences, which affect our sense of value. This understanding led me into the world of coaching. I completed my certificate and diploma in Coaching at the University of Cambridge, which offers the theoretical and practical elements of becoming a qualified coach. I now want to share and support you in your journey of self-awareness and offer my coaching to you where ever you are on your personal journey of change. Three principles unpin my person-centred approach.1. Congruence - to be completely genuine.2. Empathy - strive to understand the client's experience.3.
