We have experience in small and up to 10 000m² interior construction projects.Home renovations and new builds.Pop-up stores and joinery fit-outs for bars and clubs.Restaurant establishment including kitchen, seating and decor.Basically, you have the idea, we construct it, we build it, we make it happen.In more detail; we take care of –Relocations, demolition, wet works and construction, including partitioning, dry-walling and ceilings. Glazing and shopfronts, relocation of existing furniture and new furniture manufacture. We also manage major trades like electrical and lighting, HVAC(Airconditioning and extraction), Data provision and installation, including comms room setup, CCTV and access control, Aidio visual installation, Plumbing, Fire Services(Sprinklers and Detection), Painting, Flooring and Joinery installations ready for final handover.Site Office is a growing company working on various projects in Cape Town and Johannesburg varying greatly in style and client needs.
