Premised upon strategic links between the higher education sector, government and industry, SKA offers a platform for diverse stakeholders, wishing to exploit a diversity of funding sources and expand their international collaboration repertoire when it comes to achieving development goals.SKA has three main action lines under which activities and projects will be developed: * Capacity Building and Policy Dialogue in Educational Management and Skills Development * Smart Cities and City planning * Logistics.
