Skatercross® was established in 2016 by professional skateboarder Andy Macdonald.The discipline features skateboarders racing each other on a track full of jumps, gaps, berms, and hurdles. The first one to cross the finish line wins.The world's first and only Skatercross® track resides at the YMCA's Krause Family Skate & Bike Park in San Diego, California.Trey Wood won the first-ever Professional Skatercross® event, which was held on June 25, 2016. Willis Kimbel placed second and Beaver Fleming took third. The event was featured on ABC's World of X Games.The track is open to the public daily.
