'Skek Details
'Skek is an 'eetcafé' in the heart of Amsterdam, at the Zeedijk. It is a place run by students alone, and together, they have achieved to build up a successful and well-known place where people come to eat, drink, and listen to music. 'Skek is run by approximately 30 volunteers, who all are in different committees and do not only work in the kitchen or behind the bar, but also keep the place going. All of the volunteers are students, and not through their studies linked to hospitality work.
