Reducing education to skills and patterns has the potential to trim unnecessary material and strengthen the core and value of any curriculum.Also, by loosening the rigidity of Course, Subject, and Sequence in education, SkillShape allows for a fluid approach to education while ensuring that competency in all subjects is attained.This fluid approach creates an "Asynchronous Learning Environment" where students at different levels can all find value in the same class. The system will have a form of artificial intelligence that can facilitate a group learning environment with teachers and evaluations by suggesting daily curriculum based on who shows up.In SkillShape, students are able to see the entire list of skills and can become more self-directed in ensuring that they cover all competencies.
