The company is formed in the backdrop of a challenging social and political environment of the northern Pakistan. Keeping in view a big vacuum of resources in the target sectors and in a bid to unite the local human talent available in one of the under developed regions, a pool of smart, experienced team members with resolve and commitment has been formed. Most of the team members have first hand living experience of underdeveloped areas and post-war environment, have the strategic, tactical and operational level experience of planning and executing various projects and have had the opportunities to work for organizations of global repute within and outside Pakistan and in various cultures that have imparted this team a deep understanding and vast exposure of the local and global issues, enthusiasm to achieve team goals, team spirit to inspire energetic cooperation, problems' analysis based upon objective facts and thinking out of the box for the solutions. The team members have the exposure of executing small to large sized projects in Industrial, Power Plants, Buildings, Energy and Water sectors in Private, Government and non-Government customer base in all four (4) provinces and Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATAs) of Pakistan, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Europe, USA and Canada. Exposure in Pakistan and Afghanistan also included negotiations, follow up and Projects' execution in Water sector with the Govt. Departments, NGOs, Private Sector and donor agencies like World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), USAID, DFID and KFW AG (Germany) in collaboration with UNO, UNICEF, USAID, GIZ, ICRC, IRC etc.We work for solutions in energy, water, industrial, environment and agricultural sectors. We have a pool of experienced engineers and professionals on our payroll. Other workforce required for allied activities are arranged on project based needs.
