Founded in 1982 by Alan Christie, Skyburst originated as a firework shop in Bristol supplying quality firework products to those looking to hold their own displays, offering valuable advice and safety tips at the same time.Still a family business, Skyburst now incorporates a retail shop, an online supply business and a professional display service.Skyburst employs over 250 professional firers up and down the country, meaning your firework needs can be met anywhere at any time.We offer bespoke displays to suit individual's needs and use the latest technology to create stunning shows that will guarantee your event will be remembered.Skyburst works with many different clients, from event organisers, round tables & lions clubs, celebrities, wedding organisers, councils & blue chip companies. Skyburst also provided the glitter & sparkle for both the Scouting Euro Jamboree & World Jamboree.In 2012 we were crowned Family Business of the Year by the Bristol Evening Post, thanks to our growing business and our comittment to quality and service.In the past 30 years Skyburst has fired more than 8000 national and international displays representing the UK and the South West including the Tall Ships race, Bristol Balloon Fiesta, the battle proms concerts as well as the infamous Clifton Suspension Bridge display for the Olympics.Whether you want an all singing, all dancing display timed to music or a low-key show using your favourite colour we can do it all.
