We seek to work closely with Tenant Clients in sourcing what they need in the right location, at the right timing, and at the most efficient cost structure. We work with our Investors to structure and build the development in line with IRR and Yield expectations.4) OperationsWe have the experience and access to skilled personnel who can operate high density data centers in Japan. We provide bilingual English/Japanese technical interface, client services, and custom reporting for our Tenant Clients.
