S. Lavon Evans Jr. Realty is a family owned and operated Real Estate company founded in February 2006 with a focus on raw land acquisition, development, and rental properties. Since 2006, the company has grown to own and manage over 60 single/multi-family rental properties throughout the southern Mississippi. Each one of these properties is managed and maintained by S. Lavon Evans Jr. Realty. We strongly believe that the best way to maintain a quality property and build long term relations with tenants is to manage the property our self. This way we are able to do more preventative maintenance instead of costly and timely repairs after an issue has gone unnoticed. Our business model has been proven successful by the number of tenant referrals and renewals we receive each year.Another reason we manage our properties is to better understand the local market personally, which brings about other opportunities. There are a lot of properties we have acquired by simply meeting a neighbor or hearing of properties that are looking to go on the market. We have found it very beneficial to inquire about a property before it hits the market and the savings it creates by eliminating the fees associated with a Real Estate brokerage firm.
