Its capacity is now over 450 ton of milk per day primary for cheese-making. VMK is known for its production of high quality young cheese. The brand line estimates currently more than 20 different types of cheese. At present VMK has taken an interest in developing and extending its production into old cheese making as well as the development of different lines and types.Slaktis LLC is a dairy farming company with 4 US-type farms and 10,000 milking cows of the Holstein breed. Slaktis LLC has 30 hectare of land that enables the company to grow their own forage. The company's management team has a mix of local knowledge and international expertise. In order to develop a boost in the milk supply Slaktis LLC is planning the construction of new farms for an estimate of 20,000 milking cows.Velikolukskoe TOK (V-TOK) is a greenhouse company with 6 hectare of greenhouses. The annualproduction is currently over 2.5 ton of high quality vegetables. According to new technological demands the greenhouses were totally modernized in 2011.
