WHAT IS A SLEEP STUDY? A Sleep Study, also known as Polysomnogram (PSG), is simply a recording of your sleep. This recording and videoing are used to evaluate your sleep behavior and pattern (snoring, irregular breathing, leg movement, heart rhythm and oxygen efficiency.) We use the latest technology available while maintaining an ambiance just like home. Our state-licensed and board of registered polysomnographic technologist (BRPT) will place sensors/electrodes on different parts of your body. While you sleep, the technologist will be observing your sleep pattern using state-of-the-art equipment. After the overnight study, the test result is promptly interpreted by our Sleep Physician who will diagnose your sleep problems and will recommend the appropriate treatment(s).OUR MISSION: We are devoted in providing patients with the highest quality of service and treatment using the latest sleep diagnostic technology that yields accurate results. OUR COMMITMENT: Our dedicated healthcare and administrative personnel have over 25 years of combined experience. Our Medical Directors are board certified in sleep medicine and our sleep technologists are state licensed and AASM registered. Our facilities are providers for Medicare as Independent Diagnostics Testing Facilities (IDTF) and are fully accredited by ACHC. HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? The first step is to contact us by phone or e-mail. The Clinic Administrator is more than happy to answer all your questions. We are HIPAA compliant. Also, all your personal and medical information adhere to our confidential protocol. Prior to your visit, your physician, your child's pediatric doctor or our sleep-board certified medical doctor can determine if you or your child needs to undergo an overnight sleep study evaluation. Once determined, we will conduct a nighttime sleep analysis at our Sleep Study Center.
