As a tribute to my favorite one - the Velociraptor - The first creature to ever form tactics and being an ultimate killing machine with its Slick movement and team organization - this company got its name and its logo. I was always a big supporter of being different and not being afraid to stand out, especially when regarding sales and leadership approaches.SHOULD YOU TRUST ME?A Master of business sciences, specifically focused on Authentic leadership and job well-being, I am also a Sales enthusiast from my young years. As a boy, I saved up money by doing chores around the house in order to buy my first Legos almost as soon as I could count. My whole life from that point was wrapped around sales, starting with turism, door-to-door sales, phone sales, internet sales, and then at age 25 becoming Head of Sales for a smaller Slovenian company, where I got my first "big picture" knowledge. Since over the years I never understood some of my superiors on why they just don't know how to motivate me (or even worse- they even demotivated me) my wish was always to someday become a good leader. When I first heard of the term Authentic leadership I immediately knew this is what I want to do in my life and with that, try to help people become better at what they do. Currently, I work as Chief Sales Officer at a very prospective Slovenian company named Kingsbox, where I am in charge of the worldwide sales strategies and micromanaging a group of around 15 ppl.
