We both bring unique backgrounds and experiences to Slim Mama Co. Nikki is a Mama who has worked in the fitness industry for many years, including owning her own gym. She lost 20kg postpartum after having her gorgeous daughter Luna (who you will see modelling for us on our socials).Kristy brings her expertise in nutrition and fitness to Slim Mama Co. In 2018, she graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Public Health (Health Promotion). She finished with a distinction average and was in the top 5% of her cohort. In addition to her academic studies, Kristy has worked in the fitness and weight-loss industry for 9 years as both a weight loss consultant and a personal trainer.The Slim Mama Shake was developed because we wanted to design a meal replacement shake that will support you with your health and weight loss objectives and help you get your health on track - no matter how busy your day is!We are often either too busy or too tired to have a nutritious breakfast - do you find yourself just grabbing something easy, quick, and full of calories instead?
