I've managed million dollar stores, managed staffs from 10 to 200, developed staffs and trained managers on product, methods of store management, team building, organizational and operational procedures, product knowledge and sales. My experience in team building and management has been proven in the success of single stores and in the growth and development of product sales and trainees continual growth within said stores and corporate offices.I am focused on helping small companies begin their journey into the retail store market.
