Our institute is primarily dedicated to providing STEM educational & enrichment programs to school aged children. We incorporate music & arts in our programs through project based learning–recognizing that to be successful in technical fields, children must also be creative & use critical thinking skills which are best developed through exposure to the arts and music. Through the interaction of our programs, children get stimulated to see the importance in STEM fields & the environment to see our connection with the world around us.Our Methodology:We focus on curriculum objectives & learning standards, but we use alternative means to acquire knowledge rather than traditional pen & paper exercises. We know from research that when we allow children to use multiple senses during the learning process, they have a far better chance of fully understanding & remembering what they have learned. In other words, they will learn how to learn. Our enrichment programs are based on the educational theory of Construction-ism, which is rooted in the belief that children learn best when they experience things firsthand & within a meaningful context. We believe that hands-on experimentation with concrete materials will lead to deeper engagement & development of skills of the 21st century.
