Our commitment to being the market leader is underpinned by continuing investment in our people, technology and service offering.Smart Home Rentals offer three levels of service to landlords requiring an AST:Tenant find only – Marketing your property, referencing incoming tenants and writing the agreement between yourself and the tenants.Rent Collection – (Tenant find only package plus) arrangement of collecting rent each month, prepare and submit monthly statements to you, submit monthly transfer of funds and inform you of any missed rent.Full Management – (Tenant find and rent collection packages plus) dealing with day-to-day enquiries/ maintenance issues, negotiate and agree dilapidations at the end of tenancy and make necessary deductions from tenants deposit and to forward any post addressed to you to a UK address.
