We are in compliance to all state and federal regulations, including FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and FCRA (Fair Credit Report Act) rules and procedures regarding employee verification process and information security. Smart Screening is also the only local company which is an active member of NAPBS (National Association of Professional Background Screeners) We have been providing background checks for companies in the US who wanted to recruit people from Puerto Rico since 2009 till date. Now, we are expanding our operations to the local job market.
