Smartex Apparel is a high quality garment manufacturer with a diverse international client base. Our brand leadership has a longstanding history of delivering quality products to leading consumers. We have recently relaunched our brand and we carry our legacy of quality with us in to Smartex. Our core product range includes customised workwear, uniforms (PPE), corporate wear, denim jeans and casual wear.All our garment production takes place in a custom built state of the art facility located in the hub of the garments and textiles hub outside of the city of Lahore in Pakistan. The factory is equipped with the latest programmable automatic thread trimmers, single needle machines and twin needle machines. Additionally we use Pegasus 5 thread safety machines and Juki feed-off-the-arm machines. We are in the process of setting up a fabric spreader in our cutting department. We are currently using latest Gerber program for CAD CAM. We have our own dyeing facility that can process both cotton and polyester at high temperatures and a laundry facility to handle all kinds of washes including bleach wash, stone wash, chemical sand wash, acid wash, pigment wash and enzyme crack wash.We have a dedicated sampling department which works round the year to work with our buyers across the globe. Our sampling department has employed fulltime designers, merchandisers, tailors and finishing staff.We credit the success of our business to our exceptionally dedicated and experienced team.
