Instead, we're registered to prepare probate forms in all 58 California counties.Do you need probate support? Every probate has differences. Our customers appreciate our thoughtful support through court procedures.OK, but what does this cost? Our charges are less than the lowest attorney statutory fee: We always cost less. Attorney statutory fees run about 3-4% of the full estate, starting at $7,000 for small estates, blowing past $23,000 for the first million. We charge a flat $4,500. I am not an attorney and SmartProbate is not a law firm. We cannot represent you in court, advise you about your legal rights or the law, or select legal forms for you. We are registered in Contra Costa County, number 144, which is valid until 27-March-2020.
