SMB locates properties for development, negotiates the purchase, arranges financing, conceptualizes the product to build, works with Architects and Engineers to develop the product, arranges the construction loans and mezzanine financing, General Contracts and manages the construction of the project, markets the project and oversees the sale and closings of the product. SMB Develops in house projects or is available as consultants for any phase or phases of client's projects. SMB also can act as a stand along General Contractor for new construction or rehab projects. The partners have over 50 years of combined experience in all aspects of Real Estate Development.
